Nesting forms

I'm building a large form that has a big section that is repeated 10 times. Everytime the user answers the question: "Do you want to add another entry?", the repetitive part is shown. Creating and maintaining this is quite difficult as the overview becomes more difficult. I'm wondering if there is a way to nest one form into another (I've tried adding the form shortcode in an HTML block but it doesn't work)?
