Never Given License Key

My license key was sent to the wrong email address!

Unless it never arrived at the email above, you sent it to my other PayPal address which expired almost four years ago (under the domain hope.edu). Please realize that I have paid. I'd simply appreciate 30 seconds of your time so I can simply have the license I just bought. I've made two attempts already with no response, and I feel as if money has been stolen.

I think you guys are great, and the service you provide is AMAZING!! Please just help me handle this error so that my money wasn't wasted for no reason. You know that I was defined under a hope.edu email address when I purchased the single license. With my first and last name available to you as well via my profile along with my ACTIVE email address, I was told this would be enough for you to easily access and deliver my license key.

I truly want to thank you for your support. I know your remarkable reputation for handling issues such as these, and am very excited to enjoy this in full once our error is resolved.

  2. How did you try to contact us twice? Via email, contact form?

Also, how do you expect us to know that the email you provided expired 4 years ago? We only get one email address in the sales process and only have THAT email address to send to. "Stolen" is a pretty harsh way to put it when the real problem is that you didn't provide valid information. We have no way of magically knowing where to send the license if you don't give us the right info.

You're welcome to go ahead and email us at customerservice@rocketgenius.com and I'll find your license info. Please include your paypal email address (that you used during the purchase) and the new, valid address you need the information sent to. We'll look up the license and resend the email with the info to the new addy ASAP.

EDIT: I was able to find the original message with the license and forwarded it to the email you have registered here on the forums. You don't need to email a request. If you don't get the message in a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam folder
