New Custom Fields not showing under 'Existing Custom Field Name'

    The drop down for selecting the custom field to post the form value to is showing only old fields and is not updating when I add new custom fields either through the WP post admin or through using the 'new' checkbox.

    It won't add custom fields to the drop down when using the "new" radio button to type in a new name until data exists for in your post meta table for that custom field key. The custom field name drop down queries the post meta table for custom field keys. It won't display hidden fields (which begin with an underscore).
