Can't create form, can't save form.

  1. If I click on a field to add to a form, nothing happens in either Chrome or IE.

If I name the form testing, then try to save the form the "save form" button just keeps spinning forever.

I've tried deleting Gravity, then re-uploading and re-installing, same thing.

    Standard Webhost w/t latest cPanel

    PHP Version 5.3.9
    MySQL Version 5.1.61
    WordPress Version 3.3.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.3.3.4

Have you checked for a plugin/theme conflict?

  3. Having the same problem. We've made no changes, I was able to do this last week, and I can no longer do so today.

I tried in Chrome and Firefox

  4. Yes, it was a Pexeto theme's plugin that caused the conflict, can't imagine why that affects the backend for creating forms though.

    Thanks.

Pexeto probably adds some JavaScript to the admin, and does it improperly (such as in not on only the pages it is required).

If it all works when using one of the default WordPress themes, then please head back to the theme developer to ask for a fix. This is a common issue a certain style of themes. As kyle mentioned, it is probably as simple as having them not add JavaScript to every page in the admin panel.
