New form model gets hidden on small screens

    Hey,

    Thought you might want to know that the new form modal is getting hidden on small screens. I have the same problem in Firefox and Chrome on my MacBook 13 with browser window zoomed fully. Running the latest version of GF.

    On the Gravity Forms general settings screen can you try switching 'No-Conflict Mode' on.
