New form pop up blocked

    Just upgraded GF to latest version but when creating new form, the pop up for that is misplaced, happens on firefox and chrome...
    Please help.

    The create new form modal being off screen is being caused by a theme or plugin conflict, to find the cause you will have to work through the theme/plugin conflict troubleshooting steps.

    Once you have identified the problematic theme or plugin, you should notify the developer so they can fix the problem.

    In the meantime you can go to the Gravity Forms general settings page and switch the 'No-Conflict Mode' to 'On', this will try and prevent themes and plugins from including their scripts and styles on the Gravity Forms pages.
