New Form - Title Field Not Showing

  1. I'm trying to create a new form. The window that pops up is pushed to the top and cut off. The box for the Title is off the top of the page, consequently I'm not able to add a new from.
The field to add a Form Description shows, but nothing above that.

    Please help.

Can you try going to Forms -> Settings and turning No Conflict Mode to On and see if that resolves your issue please?

A number of people have reported this issue since the update to 1.7 and it was caused by a plugin/theme conflict, on the Gravity Forms general settings page try setting 'No-Conflict Mode' to on and see if that helps.

You may also want to try identifying what is outputting scripts on the gravity forms pages by testing for a plugin/theme conflict, http://rkt.gs/testing

  4. Thank David! Setting it to no conflict did the trick. I appreciate your help. You can close this out.
