I tihnk this has something to do with the last two updates, not sure.
But since about a week ago any new forms I create do not work.

But they don't submit, and in the admin they don't even show page view counts.
Old forms seem to be working fine though?
OK, an update, the entries are being collected, but the form is not refreshing/reloading at all, and again page views not showing in back end.

In order to look into this issue we would need a WordPress admin login for the site having the issue. You can send this to us using our Contact Us form and reference this forum post.

@ddgdaily2 That is a user account, I would need an Administrator account in order to look at your form setup. You can send this information to us via our Contact Us form and reference the issue and this forum post when doing so, that way we know what it is in reference to.
I had emailed you back and said the Admin login you had provided (which is below) was not working. I will try again with the new admin login information you just sent. I'll be in touch after I investigate.
