New here -- looking to recreate order form

I've only been working with Gravity Forms for a day or two, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to create a form similar to the one found underneath the "Customize Your Print Order" on this page. It lets customers enter their print numbers and select the options (size, quantity, finish, etc.) for each print.
