    I know how to build a simple "newsletter" subscriptions form with name and e-mail and how to connect to MailChimp, no problem:-)

    Now I want to make a contact form where the user can choose to subscribe to "newsletter" too... but how must I configure the form, hat only if the user choose the newsletter, the name and e-mail will be send to MailChimp?

    maybe a topic describe my wishes and and did not find it?
    please give me a hint or a link:-)

    No problem, glad you figured it out. It's pretty simple once you get into it. Just create a checkbox/radio button or drop down that acts as the opt in action and then reference that as the opt-in condition when setting up the MailChimp feed in the add-on.
