No Auto Reply

    I have a client who uses our gravity form to place graphic requests and print requests. Normally after they place their request they will get an auto reply that gives them their order confirmation.

    For some reason, one of our clients do not get the confirmation email. My co-workers and I have tried it with other email address with no problem, but it seems that any email sent with the @jillshouse.org tag will not get an email reply with their order confirmation.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. This is largely an issue with the email functionality of the server the site is hosted on, and the email addresses the form is using for TO and FROM.

    One thing that works for many people is to use an SMTP plugin, for more reliable email delivery. Please install and configure one of the following plugins, and test your form again.

  4. Just install one of those SMTP plugins. They all do just about the same thing. Pick whichever one looks best to you, then install and configure just that one.
