  2. Can you provide a link to the page on your site where this form is embedded?

    I created a test form here: http://gravity.chrishajer.com/try-submitting-the-same-number-twice/

Screenshot when I tried to submit the same number a second time: http://minus.com/lXnjGyetR1HpA

Are you using complex numbers where there could be some sort of type conversion or rounding gong on? What sorts of numbers are you accepting?

  4. It looks like the no duplicates won't work for the phone number field unless the value being entered is in the exact same format as how the data is stored. For example, I submitted 7084471212 as my phone number, and that is stored as (708)447-1212. I tried to submit 7084471212 again and it worked fine, even though no duplicates was marked. That's because (708)447-1212 does not match 7084471212. For now, please use a number field or plain text field. I will ask the development team about this and see if there is any other way around it.

  5. I heard back from the development team. They're going to add this to the list of issues to be addressed in future versions. For now, the best approach would be a text field with an input mask to force the number into the format you want, with the no duplicates field checked.

Thank you for the report and sorry for the inconvenience.
