No Entry Until After Payment

    Hello there! I was noticing that my PayPal form submits an entry as soon as the user is redirected to PayPal. However, some users have not completed the PayPal process, but they are still registered as an entry. Is it possible to have the form not store an entry until PayPal payment is complete and the user is redirected the confirmation page?

    Susan,

    Unfortunately, how the PayPal Standard integration works is:

    1 - User submits the form.
    2 - Entry is created.
    3 - User is sent to PayPal to complete payment.
    4 - User completes payment.
    5 - PayPal IPN updates the entry from "Processing" to "Completed"

    Thanks Rob. As long as we are aware of it, we can watch for a lagging "Processing" status as a cue that the PayPal payment was not completed.
