No form can be found

    Hello.

I don't know since when, as only today I've realized that I was having an issue, but all my forms seems to be missing.

Actually I can see them in the tables (form, form_meta and form_view) but when previewing them I get a message like "Oops! Form cannot be found" (is in Italian and I don't know how it must look in English). The same when displaying them in a page. And when editing them, I see the same page I see for a new form.
But again, the tables does contains all data. Or it seems so.

    How can I recover them?

    Thanks.

  2. Are you still having trouble with this?

Did you make any changes to the site, maybe move to a new server, a new domain, or change the WordPress or site URL? They should not stop working completely unless you had a problem with the database, or a plugin conflict.

I've opened a priority support ticket.
Even though I'm not very happy of how it has been handled, the issue is now solved, yes.

For future reference, before disabling themes or plugins (what you usually get told to), I strongly advice to try the "Gravity Forms Meta Recovery Tool" (http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/).

This may save you a lot of time and I don't understand with the support doesn't even try to ask to try this, before asking to disable plugins and themes.

  4. I'm glad you were able to resolve the problem. We normally recommend the meta recovery tool when we know you have changed the URL or directory or domain or host. I did ask that but did not hear back from you before your last post.

Can you explain what you did that caused all your forms to go missing? Did you change the WordPress directory, or URL, or hosting? Maybe your experience will help someone who is having the same problem. Thank you.
