No page transmission after submit

  1. Hello,

i am using WP 3.5.1, GF version 1.6.12 with PayPal Add-on version 1.6 for a couple of days now. Since I updated the submission on my multi-page forms does not work properly. Basicly the pre submission page freezes.

After hitting the submit button I receive correct confirmation mails of the order, but the ajax keeps keeps circling. There is no transmission to the confirmation page in the browser.

In case customers had been choosen PayPal as paying method the transmission to the PayPal sandbox does not happen as well.

You can try out on this form: http://www.ra-plutte.de/markenanmeldung-online-de
or this one with less modifications and external js if you like: http://www.ra-plutte.de/recherchen

  2. Can you try without W3 Total Cache and see if you can submit properly?

I see this JavaScript error right now:

    Timestamp: 2/13/2013 9:47:53 AM
    Error: TypeError: e is undefined
    Source File: http://www.ra-plutte.de/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/3b7dd/default.include.9029ec.js
    Line: 2

Please try deactivating the cache plugin, clear or flush the cache, then try submitting your multi-page form again. Both sites have the same JavaScript error and both site's source is minimized with W3 Total Cache.
