Can you link to your form? Do you mean it doesn't have a submit button? Looking forward to helping you with this issue.

Your submit button is what should send people to Paypal. If you want to change it, you can use an image as your button or include a HTML block where you put in Paypal related images if you so choose.

  5. If the total of the order is zero, it won't be sent to PayPal. I tried testing the form, but I could not get the total above zero to properly test this.

  7. When using Gravity Forms, the submit button will not be a PayPal button. It is a simple form submit button. As David said, you can grab one of the PayPal graphics and use that for the submit button if you like.
