No Picture in Post/Article

  1. Hey there,

first of all i'd like to thank you for the nice gravity forms plugin, i like it pretty much. BUT, i do have a problem and i hope you can help me (i'm a newbie with that plugin)...

i made a form with different fields. one of them is a picture upload button/field. after uploading and after pressing the "send button" of the form a new entry will be added. unfortunately the name of the created wordpress post article has not the same title name AND the bigger problem: the uploaded picture is not in the wordpress post article. what's wrong there, did i made a mistake?
hopefully you can help, i need to know it or rather need this picture-upload funtion.

    best regards,
    andreas

  2. Andreas, can you post a link to your form?

Check out the documentation on these fields here:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Form_Fields

The "Post Fields" are what you are looking for.

  6. If you read the first paragraph of this documentation that should make everything clear for you:

"The Post Body field allows users to submit data that is then used as the body content for a post. This field works in tandem with the other Post fields to allow you to create a form that can generate post data from a user submission. The Post Body field can be formatted using the Create Post content template option."

The create content template option allows you to format the post body using the merge tag drop down that shows up when you activate the content template option from within the post body field. Give it a shot first.

  10. You didn't add a Post Body Field to the form. I added one for you. In there is where you create your content template and use the merge tag drop downs to select the content you'd like to go along with the body, such as the Post Image for example. When you drop down that merge tag box and select post image you can select which size you'd like, etc.
