No submission recorded out of nowhere.

I have had a site running since last year some time and have not updated it. It appears I am running Version 1.3.13.1. Out of nowhere my client just emailed me saying all of a sudden the email submissions are blank. I have 2 forms on my site, one on the home page and one on the contact us page. The home page still works fine -- doesn't seem there are any issues. When I put a test submission through on the contact us page, however, this happens:

    1) dashboard in admin shows 60 submissions, last one a few minutes ago (that was my test)

    2) I go to the gravity form submissions, select that form and there is no entry showing [only shows 54], the email that comes in is blank

    3) When I download and export, my test submissions are not included as well.

Any idea how this could happen out of the blue when I have not updated wordpress or ANY plugins, including yours? Is it possible gravity forums is contacting your servers and something changed? This just started happening within the last week.

    Thanks for any insight.

  2. No, Gravity Forms doesn't contact our servers and change something.

The first thing you need to do is upgrade to the latest version of Gravity Forms. The version you are running, 1.3.13.1 is very old and we ALWAYS recommend users update when we release updates (and there have been many since then) precisely to avoid any issues, bugs, etc.

You can download the latest version from this site (v1.5).

So update, and then test to see if you still have a problem. If so, let us know.
