Not adding class to image button

  1. I added a custom image to replace the standard button on a form. It shows up fine, but the class I entered does not appear in the source code. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Also, on an unrelated note, I entered my license key, but I keep getting asked to purchase one. I can't upgrade to the new version of gravity forms because of this. I have a developer license.

    Thanks.

  2. The class name field you're referring to is for the entire form, not for the image button specifically. You can still target the button via inheritance from the unique form class.

On the license key, I suggest that you go back to the original purchase email and copy the key directly from there again. Make sure you haven't copied any extra spaces, etc. and try entering it again. This problem usually occurs when someone copies extra blank characters and pastes them into the license key field.

  3. I'm sorry, that first question was just a spaced out moment. Thanks for resetting me.

And right on the license key, too. I was copying it from my email and it was adding the extra space.

This was not my brightest moment...thanks.

  5. If I can't find the email, how do I find/get the license key?

  6. @patung - In the future, we plan to have an account page where you can retrieve this information. For now, I resent your license key to the email you used when you purchased Gravity Forms.

  7. Thanks got that. The single license is valid for Multisite?, remember seeing somewhere here that it wasn't.
