Basically, in Chrome, once the phone number (323)251-0688 was inputted into the form, it would not allow the form to be submitted. It kept telling the data entry person that the number was incorrectly inputted. (By the way, in the video, there appears to be a space between the numeral "1" and the "-". That is not actually the case, the digits were all input without spaces.)
When the data entry person put in another phone number, the number was accepted.

I have edited the settings to allow html5 but there is still this difficulty.
