Not inserting code

    Hi, I am not getting the code to insert into a post through the add gravity form function.

    I have done everything i know, including:

    1. It's a browser cache issue. Completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and then login to your WordPress site and try and insert the form. Your browser did not load the necessary Javascript as it used cache instead.

    2. deactivated every plugin except gravity forms

    3. tried in firefox, safari and chrome

    I am using genesis and the agency theme. I have tried to ad this to a post and a page in each browser with no luck. I am current with all updates.

    What else can i do.
