I tested for Theme/Plugin Conflict, and issue remains
Only blank screen is shown, loading icon never stops

If so, how may i solve it?
I can't access export or edit section

This sounds like a PHP memory issue. WordPress does strange things when there is a lack of available PHP memory. This includes white pages, partial page loads, AJAX not working properly, etc.
You need to increase your available PHP memory. Here is a tutorial on how to do so:

You may need to contact your web host for assistance.
I suggest increasing it to at least 64 MB and preferably 128 MB or more.
