Not receiving any email w/ form data

  1. I use GF for an appointment request form on many of my clients' websites. For some reason, the GF on one client's website is not sending the form data to the specified email address.

    Any idea why this could be happening? I double checked the To and BCC email addresses and they are correct.

    Thanks for the quick response! I read- and reread- the other forum topic and installed the WP mail plugin. I also contacted Host Gator's support to see what my SMTP settings are.

    Unfortunately, I'm still not getting any data sent to my email. Just tested another form on this domain and I'm receiving the form data via email either.

    This is strange- I use GF on a number of client sites, that are hosted in my Host Gator account and never have issues.

  4. Hmm, have you checked for plugin/theme conflicts yet?

    A few weeks ago I helped someone with a similar issue (used the SMTP Plugin, had even received notifications before, etc) and she had a JS conflict of some kind.
