Not receiving any form entries - URGENT please - possibly due to htaccess error

  1. One of the many (about 20) GF form pages on our website is https://caspca.org/give/donate-now/.

Until Monday of this week, our urls were all caspca.org/wordpress/… On Monday, a web developer changed our htaccess file to hide the /wordpress/ part of the path on our site. However, if you go to the Give menu > Donate Now, the URL in the address window is still https://caspca.org/wordpress/give/donate-now/. (still has the /wordpress/ in the path).

To test a non donation form, use this one: http://caspca.org/wordpress/about-us/contact-us/ (all links work without the /wordpress/ in the path as well)

Since the htaccess change, though there appears to be nothing wrong with the form interface on any form page, we are not receiving ANY entries for any forms (and we know several have been submitted; donations, applications, etc.)

There are no evident red flags in the WP - GF control panel, but all forms were working fine until the change to the .htaccess file on Monday. This is a very serious problem for us that we need to get fixed asap. Please help if you can.

    Thank you,

    John

  2. John, looks like that discrepancy is the case for all of your menu items, not just the forms. Mind if I ask why you don't have your web developer fix this site-wide for you?

  3. Rob,

We were under the impression that's what he did Monday by modifying the htaccess file. As I said, I can see no red flags in the control panel at all. First, could this (the htaccess issue) be causing this problem? Second, would it help to deactivate and re-activate the GF plugin?

Thanks for the speedy reply, Rob.

  4. John,

No problem. But this isn't a Gravity Forms issue. The best thing I can offer you here is to read up on that link I provided above. It gives detailed information on changing the site url and what to look for.
