On this site: http://www.psychicshirley.com/ the appointment request forms pop up in a modal window and upon completion they used to successfully redirect the user to PayPal, however now that don't seem to redirect (apparently since November 2011 maybe longer).
The form does work redirecting to PayPal if one forces the page to open in a new tab instead of the modal or goes to the page directly: http://www.psychicshirley.com/request-appt/
Any ideas what's going wrong?
