This is called conditional logic in Gravity Forms. Based on the answer to a question (the condition) you send the person filling out the form down one path or the other. So, if your form asks a question:
Do you have children?
[ ] Yes
[ ] No
And they answer No, you skip right past all the questions about kids.

Multi-page forms are built-in and there is a progress indicator letting the visitor know what percentage of the form has been completed (i.e. after 1 of 6 pages is complete, they are 17% done, after 3 of 6 pages, they are 50% done.)

This pertains to your WordPress setup. You will need an SSL certificate and possibly a plugin to secure your WordPress site. This one works: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wpssl/

File uploads are allowed. They will be stored on the web server and the link to the file is stored in the form entry and the link can be sent in a notification as well, if you desire. (notification emails are optional.) Gravity Forms does NOT send email attachments at this time.

Yes. Gravity Forms has an HTML field type, which is useful to adding help or comments to your form. In these HTML fields, you could put the HTML to your mp3 file and an embedded player so that help is available.

As far as I know, this is NOT built in. I have seen discussions of this type of functionality in the forums here in the past, but I would not say this is a feature of Gravity Forms. It could probably be done but would require customization.

Yes, of course. The developer license allows use on an unlimited number of sites and you can rely on it for all your forms.

Other than saving a form and allowing someone to come back and edit it, I believe Gravity Forms *is* the right solution for you, especially if you create websites using WordPress.
I hope that helps you make your decision. I think that after you make your purchase you will find people in the forums here extremely helpful, with top-notch support from Gravity Forms. Gravity Forms has all sorts of hooks built in that developers can use to extend their applications and create all sorts of custom functionality. In many cases, when trying to solve a problem in a way that Gravity Forms can't do "out of the box", you can use the extensive hooks and a little PHP to do exactly what you need.
