I am using the most recent version of Gravity Forms on a MU site. We use the notes sections for individual entrees regularly, but the notes are not being added to the entry (at the bottom). It should be noted that a note is emailed successfully to the submitter, but it is not added to the entry form. Can anyone help me here?

Were the notes working at some point but stopped working?
What version of WordPress are you using?
Are you using any plugin which modifies the WordPress admin area?
Have you checked for theme and plugin conflicts already?

Thanks Chris. To be honest with you, I'm not sure if the notes ever worked. It works on other sites of ours (different themes), but I can't remember if it worked in this theme.
We are in the process of updating Wordpress. We currently use 3.3.1. I'm pretty sure that will do the trick...otherwise it is a conflict with the theme.
