Notification E-mail Fields not working

  1. I have a form setup and activated the Admin Notification on the form.

    I've set the "From Name" to "Name"
    and "From E-mail" to "Email"

    At first the form details was e-mailed to me correctly and I received the mails with headers:

    From: Mr So So
    E-mail: mrso@soso.com

    Now suddenly I still receive the notifications as Admin but all the e-mails are from my site address:

    From: Travel Quotes
    E-mail: info@travelquotes.co.za

    The form is not using the visitors / submitters info on the notification e-mail

    The big problem is that I'm intergrating my Aweber with my forms via Aweber E-mail Parser. So the parser is not working because of the E-mail header being wrong

  2. Found the problem

    I am using a Plugin called "Change WP Mail From Details"

    De-activated this and all is working 100% now
