Notification email

  1. I am having a problem with spacing in the notification email sent to users. When users receive the email there is extra spacing between all lines. It doesn't look like the Word doc I added to the notification section admin section. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Here is a sample form in question: http://cifsds.powermediallc.org/ethics/ethics-in-sports-athlete-parentguardiancaregiver/. You should see what I mean in the email.

Can you copy your original Word doc to Notepad before adding it to the notification section? I'm thinking that Word has done its normal "adding hidden code" to the field thus creating your spacing issues.

  3. Thanks. I'll give it a try.

  4. Just an FYI... pasting form wordpad was a bit better, but still produced results that added unwanted spacing. I formatted the email using the editor in email notification (for example, using bullets), but the results were similar.
