Notification email font size

    Hi,
Was wondering if the following is possible, or if there are any better suggestions...

My client needs to print off all notification emails received, the problem is they now run onto 2 pages, therefore doubling their paper usage... Making the font a bit smaller should fit everything onto 1 page, or is there a better solution?

    Many thanks

That or leaving unneeded details out are the only ways I can think of to make it work effectively. I also suggest that people export the CSV and print those, as tables of information print up nicer than e-mails usually do. All my best!

Thanks for your reply. I am using the merge tags to crate a custom notification email, this workes well except for a huge gap at the top of the email to the start of the table. Any ideas why this would occur. Theres no html in the notification message to do this...

    Thanks in advance

    Fixed. Disable Auto-formatting!

Glad you were able to figure it out, though strange that auto-formatting was adding a big space at the top. Thanks for letting us know.
