Notification email sent on one form, not another

  1. I'm trying to set up notifications for one of my forms.

    For this form:

    http://www.texasshredderclassic.com/registration

    The automatic notification email isn't sending.

    However, I made a test form and the notification email works perfectly. The only thing I can pinpoint is that one form connects to authorize.net and has an SSL cert, the other form doesn't.

    Could this be affecting the sending process? If not, what else can I do to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!
