All of my form notifications are producing an error, and entries are not being registered. When I go to fill out a form (any form) on the site, the notification email I receive just says "Christy" in the name field (and nothing else), even when I supply completely different details, including email address, different name etc.
My site is ncare.com. We use Rochen hosting.
