Here are our best tips and troubleshooting steps related to figuring out why notifications aren't working how you expect:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Troubleshooting_Notifications
Can you please go through them and let us know if you can isolate the issue?
sorry. should have mentioned i've already gone through the trouble shooting docs.
it is not a plug in conflict. disabled all, the problem persists.
it is not an internal smtp mail issue. the same standard yahoo account is used to send throughout.
something else weird is happening which may or may not be related.
i have found that while testing the form notification... adding, removing different addys to see what went where, the form changes are not "always" saved. (I am sure i hit the save changes button)(99.999% anyway)
changed browsers, nojoy. thought it might be a gibbled file in form -just that one form-
tried other form notifications.. nojoy.
nanaimoflyingclub.org
while the site is not new. gravity forms is new to me and the site.
there is nothing for plug-ins that should cause an issue.
askimet was activated, but disabled while trying to track down this glitch.
all plug ins remain deactivated -other than a solioquy slider-
the issue is as such:
when a form is completed... a notification goes out ONLY if {admin_email} is used.
if you enter the same address: (n252g@yahoo.ca) nojoy. nothing.
if you add any address to the BCC: -nothing goes out, not even to the {admin_email} address.
lemme know if you need in. tks.
I am having the same issue. It will only let me receive at the admin email. This is causing a real issue.
