notification sended but the form is still loading...

  1. hi,
I created a form in which the fields are predefined by the user with "user registration add-on custom fields."
when I send the form, I get the email notification as an administrator and as a user (fields are correctly completed and received), but the form continues loading without displaying the notification (Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly.) on the website.
    Why does this happen?

    THEME: Mu Types 1.0.3
    WP: 3.3.1
    GF: 1.2.1
    GFUR: 1.3
OTHER PLUGINS: WPML, GFMultilanguage, GFPayPalAddOn, TheEventsCalendarPro, SimpleFacebookConnect and Members.
    PHP: 5.3.8
    MySQL: 5.1.50

    Thanks in advance!
I´m loving this plugin, happy Valentine's day!

  2. Hi, dobleclicr,

I am hoping you mean you are using Gravity Forms v 1.6.2.1.1, otherwise you have a really old version and should update it.

Your issue actually sounds like a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Can you run through the steps in this article to eliminate that as your issue? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

If you run through that and are still having a problem, can you use the Contact Us form and send us an admin login so we can go in and take a look? Please reference this forum topic so we know to what the login is associated.

    Thanks.
