    There used to be a section for "Notification to Users" where we could custom make an auto-reply when they submitted the form. I can't find where this feature is on the latest version.

    Notifications have been split so you can create as many as you want. Go to the form you want to add Notifications for and click Settings -> Notifications. Then Add a new notification and customize as you need.
