Notification to User fails

  1. Hi,

    I receive an admin notification when someone uses the form but the user does not receive a notification. What can I do?

    What is odd is that under "send to form" field, I see two options and they are both "email". I tried both but nothing changed.

  2. Gravity Forms just uses the built-in WP mail function of WordPress to send out notifications so we really don't have control on them sending out.

    Usually, trying out an SMTP plugin does the trick, a lot of people have success with this:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    Give this a try and let me know how it goes.
