How many different ways to notify the site owner?
Do I understand this correctly, the User Notification notifies the individual who initiates the Form, and the Administrator is the site owner who is notified that someone has filled out a Form? Thank you.

User notifications only work if the visitor supplied an email address though, since the notification is sent via email.

If the visitor fills in information, like requesting a home for sale, any type of question, does that message get emailed to the admin? We get the emails that someone filled out a form, but not the message that was sent by the visitor to the site.
Try adding the following to the body of your admin notification:
{all_fields}
This will add all the field information to your email body.
