Notifications are Blank

  1. The forms on our site are returning blank notifications.

The "rg_form_version" in the database is correct.

I have no plugins that cause problems.

Also, and I'm sure it's related, if I have a field that is required it alerts you that you haven't filled it out even when you have. (currently there are no required fields because of this)

    Any ideas?

  4. It was a theme thing.
I had a strong feeling it was.

I was able to "fix" it by putting the form in one of the theme's shortcodes to allow the form to be all in one "area"... and not break it up based on the size of the user's screen.

That was what was breaking it.
