Notifications: Can they be sent to multiple users (not routing)

I would like to have the notifications go to multiple users (at least 2). One client has an email that goes to work phone and another to home office - so we need the ability to add both email addresses. I am sure that is possible, but??
    Many thanks!

You could add as many as you like to the BCC e-mail field as a comma separated list.

  3. my need is similar but a bit different. I have a submitter (who I send notification to) and a submittee who's email is provided by the submitter in the form. I would like one email to go to the submitter saying "thanks for the submission, here's what you entered." AND I'd like an auto notification email to go to the submittee saying "Congratulations, so-and-so submitted you and here's what they said"

Is that possible? Right now it only seems like I can auto generate one email from the email field in the form.

I can't use the blind CC field because I don't know the email address - the submitter provides that on the form in addition to their own.

Paul - there is the admin notification and the user/submitter notification section of the notification tool. Then you can have two messages going to two different people/locations.

  5. I have that set - my question is that i have three (3) emails I'd like to go out.

    1. Admin (me)
    2. Submitter (Nominator)
    3. Person submitter recommends (Nominee)

The submitter puts in their email (gets a notification via the form) but I also want the person they submitted to get an email telling them they have been nominated. There are two entry fields on the form. One for the person doing the nomination, the other for the person being nominated. I want emails to automatically go to both of them when someone nominates someone else.

BTW - very impressed with the response time on my questions - I thought I'd be waiting days... thank you.

Gravity Forms only supports two different e-mails. There is currently no way to send three e-mails with different content.

  7. My request is even slightly different than the above. Can I use conditional logic to send to different email addresses. For instance my company sight has different departments and I want the user to choose a department to send to and then on submit have it go to the appropriate party.
    Thanks.

Look for Routing in the notifications section and you should be able to do what you want jonos76.
