Notifications changing code on its own

I have been using WordPress for about 3 months now and our developers installed Gravity forms. Everything has been set up fine and it has been functioning perfectly.

In the last week we have been receiving emails where there was html code and message content in the email header of the notification email we receive, and in the email body where all the information from the form should have been entered it just showed { all_fields } please note how there is a gap between the { and all_fields. This wasn't previously there and the forms were working fine, but for some reason this space has now appeared. Is this a problem with Gravity Forms? What is going on?

    Thanks for your help.

  2. When you edit the form notifications for the form in question, does the Message Body show the {all_fields} form field variable correctly? Or does it have extra spaces?

Nobody else has reported this issue which leads me to believe it is something specific to your site. Something has changed or something is interfering with the plugin and causing problems.
