Notifications HTML Button Doesn't Work

  1. I had HTML notifications set up, then somehow it broke a bit. The spacing changed and is now off from where it should be, and I am having trouble editing it.

First of all, the text in the Message box is all while on white and there is no cursor, making it difficult to edit in the box. Then, I am unable to select HTML on the top right of the message box:

    Any idea what's going on?

  2. What version of GF are you running? What changed from when it worked and how it is today? Have you checked for plugin/theme conflicts?

  3. Nothing changed as far as I am aware. I am running Version 1.6.3.2.1. All of the forms have the same problem with being unable to easily change the text in the message box or select HTML. Also, when you re-select Visual, it collapses the whole message box and the only way to get it back is to reload the page. http://i48.tinypic.com/15etkg.png

  4. Can you update to the latest release, we released v 1.6.4.1.1 today:

Also, afterwards, if you are still having the issue, confirm that you ran through the plugin/theme conflicts.

I'm having this same issue. I'm already using the most recent version of GF and I've checked compatibility with my theme and other plugins.

    Again, the symptoms are:
    * The tab to switch to HTML doesn't work - I only have access to visual.
    * The text that was in the text box for the e-mail body has become white. You can only see it when you highlight the contents.
    * The bar of options (bold, italic, etc.) is missing.
    * If you double click on the Visual tab, the text box for the e-mail body disappears (it comes back if you don't save, leave the page, and then return).

    Any ideas?

  7. This is normally due to a theme or plugin conflict. If you have tested for those already, please send a WordPress administrator login to chris@rocketgenius.com and we will take a look for you. Please be sure you include a link to this topic so I know why you are emailing me. Thank you.

I just tried deactivating all the other plugins and the reactivating them...and it works again. Not sure why that would be, but I'll take it. Thanks.
