Notifications in 3 options

    Hi I created a form with 3 dropdown menus. This menus are options of brands of cars. Each brand, if selected in the option needs to send a notification to a different group of contacts. The problem I am experiencing is that it is only sending the notifications to the first dropdown menu, not to the second or third.
