Notifications not being sent to customers, but are to admin ?

  1. Hi,

    When a user submits the form, the admin of the website receives an email, but the customer/client who submitted the form does not.
    I have double checked that the option is ticked and still no luck.

    Please can someone help me with this!

    I can't show you tho URL to the actual form as you need to be a registered user to view it. Please ask for FTP/Login details if necessary.

  4. My problem appeared to be fixed by asking the support team to email the beta version of the next upgrade. Perhaps that might help you too?

  5. This is also broken in my installation. I'm glad I came across users with similar problems before starting another thread.

    I recall upgrading Gravity Forms not to long ago and i think thats what broke this functionality.

    Greg: Do you know what the latest Beta version is? Can it be downloaded from the site here?
