Notifications not sending when using file upload

  1. Hey everyone,

I've created a beta form at http://schoolwebsites.epsbdev.com/ and am having an issue receiving notifications when someone uploads a file using the form. If you skip past the file upload the admin gets an email but if you upload anything no email is ever sent.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

    Paul

  2. So the exact same form works fine and sends the notifications if the user doesn't select the File Upload field?

  3. you bet. Very strange.

I thought it was just taking time to send because of possible file size issues but that's not the case. I waited all weekend and nothing has come through.

Although it does show up as an entry in the wp admin

  4. Can you send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and reference this post so we can take a look? Thanks!

  6. Hmm... I just went through the back end again and now it's working?

I initially had 2 forms for this site. 1 was a user registration form using the add-on and another was just a normal form. When I had both forms active the normal form entries weren't showing up under the 'Entries' left hand navigation. I actually had to go into the from and select entries. Once I deleted the user registration form all the entries for the normal from now show up and the email notification sends properly... images and all.

Very strange but I'm happy it's working!
