Hi there, I need some help! I'm trying to implement a "Refer a Friend" form, where a person can refer a friend to an establishment that they want to let them know about.

The notification to me the admin that a form has been submitted, is working.
However, I'm not able to get the "Notification to User" working the way I need it to. I need an email sent to the "Friends Email Address" to let them know about the establishment... and that part isn't working.
I've even just tried using my own admin email address when filling out the form, but still not working.
I've tried a couple of things that I found here when searching for an answer, but still not working.
If it's any help, this is hosted on GoDaddy.
Why can't I get the "Refer a Friend" notification to go out to the friend's email address?
