Brand new site, just installed 1.5.1. Created my first form, but when I go to set up notifications, the screen is blank. Ideas on how to troubleshoot?

  2. We haven't seen this issue before, it's possible it's a plugin conflict.

Try deactivating all your other plugins and then test to see if it happens.

Also try activating the default TwentyTen theme and test also.

Let me know how it goes, if you still have an issue we can look into it. We would need you to send us a WordPress admin login for the site via our Contact Us form.

Thanks - found the plugin and he's working on the issue. It was Total Widget Control, by the way.

    Greetings,

I am working on a site that uses the Total Widget Control for everything. Anyone have a suggestions to a cure to this incompatibility vs. just having them not installed together?

Update! This was documented as a TWC problem with a fix on their site.

  5. We'll try installing it on our end and do some debugging on the Total Widget Control plugin. It's going to require a change in the Total Widget Control plugin itself to correct the issue, it's not something Gravity Forms is doing wrong. It's the TWC plugin that has the issue. But we'll look into it.
