    Is there a way to custom the email address that sends the email ? Right now its is send by server address. Need to change

    You configure the the send from in the Notification settings from the Form.

    If the Send From you use on the Notification settings are not being honored, that means your web server setup doesn't allow you to Send From that address due to how your web server is setup.
