Notifications settings

    I am trying to setup an appointment scheduling form and I need the notification to go to three different e-mail addressed based on the person they choose to have the appointment with. I do not see where I can make that happen. Here is what I have created so far. I would also like a message to appear if they select that they are a new client that directs them to call the office.

  2. You can set routing on your notification. If you view this image:

    At the top you should see a Routing radio button. Selecting that will allow you to set conditions (emails based on selection of that field).
