Notifications Switch Form Menu unexpected behaviour

    I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour but I found it confusing.

    In Gravity Forms 1.7.2 when editing notification in the admin, if I then decide to switch to a different form it shows a blank notification form. I would expect it to default to showing the list of notifications for that form.

    This behaviour can be achieved by ensuring when a Form is selected from the Switch Form menu, it removes the 'nid' parameter from the URL.

    This is something we will be fixing in the next version. What we will do is send the user back to the main form settings when they switch forms.
