Notifications two questions

    Hi Support,

    I got this massage "This field requires an unique entry and in one example 'John' has already been used" for every field on my form.

    What should I do/not do?

    I have Send to Email set to my email address. Reply to is not filled in and so it BCC. Both Subject and massages are set to Insert from Field. No ? above those fields.

    Subject "Insert from field"

    All fields have required and all have not ticked No Duplicates.

    I am using Thesis, wp 3.0.4.

    Very basic just first name, last name, email , subject message.

    You should only receive that message if the No Duplicates option is turned on, which disallows duplicate data to exist (ex. an email in a email field can only be submitted once). I would double check that No Duplicates is in fact turned off, because the functionality you describe is the No Duplicate functionality in action.
